We purchased our living room set and a sofa bed for the spare bedroom. Mary was the rep who helped us. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. It was a great experience!

I bought a bed frame from Dan Vyner (sp?) which had really great prices for their furniture, the owner is the most stereotypical old school furniture salesmen throwing out all the tricks but he actually was incredibly helpful in picking out what we wanted, wasn't pushy at all, recommended the less expensive bed and threw in free delivery. Saw the guy out at Target a couple months later and he remembered mine and my girlfriends name and what we purchased, which was really cool. Their "showroom" could use some paint and wasn't the most appealing, but I am really happy with bed and their customer service and will be shopping there again.
I spent about 3k on a leather couch and love seat just over 2 years ago from here and they are splitting at the seams. There is only two of us that live here and use the furniture, the love seat gets very minimal use yet they still are ripping apart. When I called Sofa Mart to ask them if the product was warrantied I received a very vague answer and then they asked me send them pictures. I did immediately and called them back, the guy told me he was "way to busy to deal" and would have to call me back. It has been over a week. I have heard nothing. I would guess that a 2 thousand dollar couch and one thousand dollar love seat should last more then two years.
