If I could give this a zero I would have. Walked in and got ignored! Bad customer service! Will never ever come here again. Don't even bother your time coming here.
Don't waste your time here, really. I purchased a couch weeks ago, and it's been on "back order" every time I call about it. It was promised within two weeks. They also act like they have no clue when it will arrive every time I call. I guess I'll just keep calling for the next few months, and maybe it will show up. It would be kind of nice if they would maybe call me and give me an update every now and again. What a joke.
Just don't bother. I don't know how this place is in business. I was basically ignored when I came in. And when they did knowledge me, they yelled from across the store without even getting up from their desk. The sales person I dealt with didn't know anything about the furniture we were looking at. And 90% of the furniture is stuff that we can get it every other furniture store in town. Price-wise. Nothing really to speak of. Average. No real reason to make the trip.
Wonderful experience here! We were immediately greeted by a salesperson (I think her name was Cherie) and she was so helpful, didn't pressure us at all and was just so nice. She helped us find a chaise sofa for such a great price. I am so happy with the service here! Would highly recommend!
