We were pleasantly surprised at the Lazyboy Gallery in Davenport. The staff was friendly and very patient with us as we made decisions and changed our minds more than once. They were helpful in assisting us find just what suited our tastes, and the party trays for our open house was an added bonus! Thanks!
My wife and I arrived on a busy sale night, expecting to NOT find anything we were looking for, as the previous 3 stores we visited had let us down with. Instead we were greeted by Erica, who listened to what we wanted and pointed us in the direction of the chairs we were interested in. No high pressure sales tactics, she let us meander and found us a little later and I had a few more questions about features. Without looking anything up she had all the answers, and pointed us to the chairs with the features we were looking for. After we got home we had a problem with one of the chairs. They decided to help us just because they're awesome, and they have made La-Z Boy customer's for life!!!
