We were happy with the furniture we bought: a sectional and reclining rocker. We've had them for 4 months and the springs broke on one end of the sectional. We've called twice and were told they would get back to us. Nothing yet and it's been almost a week. My husband is going to call again. If they help us, I'll modify this review for the better. UPDATE: Our sectional was picked up and fixed and brought back within 3 days. I'm happy! Therefore I'm giving 4 stars now.
