We went to get a queen size mattress and 2 dressers. The staff at Denver mattress was amazing! Came right over to help us. We got what we wanted. Said he would have the paper work ready for us when we got back. He did. We walked around bedroom for 30 minutes had our dressers picked out, no one ever came to help us. So we walked out with just the mattress. We got the dressers somewhere else.
My husband and I went shopping at Sofa Mart on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. There was a constant flow of people in and out. We were very impressed by the selection of sectionals. We worked with Willie, who did not pressure us whatsoever, pulled a few quotes for us on different sectionals and was very patient with us and our numerous questions. I highly recommend Sofa Mart and Willie! We will continue to use them for future furniture needs.
Overall, had a great experience when I was in the store. I wouldn't suggest anybody finance through them though. It's a joke and they lead me to believe a 2 year interest free contract and after a year I got a $500 interest fee charge. Pretty decent customer service in the store, but then after the sale, they couldn't care less.
I have got a flyer that advertised up to 45% anniversary sale, when I came to the store to get a mattress, sales rep told me that there was no sales, but only 45 month of finance. On the flyer there was a Quinn mattress with box spring for $299, nobody new about. the biggest sale I found were clearance section with damaged items. the furniture was not even 5%. Great way to do business invite for great sales and offer nothing, ha-ha. I bought my furniture set and mattresses at a different place. Would rather overpay for good service and do business with honest company then support liers.
The rewards program ended and the company only sent one email (to spam, three months ago) about the fact that I was losing my points, so I never saw it. The managers at the store were extremely helpful about the situation, and they ended up crediting me for the lost points. Upset about the poor communication with the rewards program, but 5 stars for the outstanding customer service. Thanks Kevin!
