The products are good just extremely over priced, even the same as cash cost is heavily inflated.
Very upset..only had the furniture for 1 day finally decided to sit on the couch got bit by a bed bug..never had this problem before i got the furniture inspected it myself with my flashlight found another bed bug
Something fishy going on with the crew. Not sure what since everyone got fired. But other than that I pay my bill on time and they never have had to come to my door. I've received everything and when my ice machine on my fridge went wacky they sent someone to check it out free of charge.
In comparison to some rent to own operations, Buddys is ok. The upper management would earn a 7 on a scale of 1-10. Accounts department needs some work. Lack of professionalism, honesty and over all character.
If you owe money and travel/work all the time, you will be Expected to find time to communicate with them because after hours there is no voicemail available. Although the accounts manager told me to my face and in front of potential new customers that there was indeed a working answering machine.
Ordered a sectional off the website. Waiting 2 week's for a call to confirm delivery. We never received a call so we decided to call. The store manager said there weren't ordering new furniture. WHY AM I STILL ABLE TO ORDER STUFF ONLINE??? THEY COULD HAVE AT LEAST CALLED AND TOLD ME. Never go to buddy's. POS company
Buddy's is a rip off!! I got a phone with them and ended up didn't needing it and THE SAME DAY took it back no refunds did not even have it two hours they made me get something else from them so I got headphones I had to pay more money to them even tho I just paid 30$ for a phone they wouldn't take back then before me same as cash was up I owed 80$ I paid 40$ of it and the next day i went to see how much and they said 56$!!! So in one day it went up 16$$???? I don't think so they didn't even give me paper work for ths headset it still says the phone so there is no proof I even got the headset I hate company's that pray on people that do need the help like this and screw people over
