Got a great deal on La Z Boy recliners using coupon they mailed out. Service was prompt and friendly. Had no issues. The recliners are holding up very well (like all other La Z Boys over the years).
Really unfortunate experience here. Extremely over-priced furniture, even on sale. The salesperson was really uninviting, and I felt almost judged for not having a budget high enough to afford 90% of their furniture. I was told I wouldn't find what I was looking for within my price range anywhere.. And boy was he wrong! Went to Furnish123 afterwords and found more than what I was looking for, for under my budget! I would highly advise against going here unless you're ok with shelling out a couple grand for something worth well under $1000.
Mr. Mayer worked with me on my budget, so I was able to get the bed of my dreams at a price I could afford. He also had me put a little money down because it would qualify me for the sales going on that were only available that weekend. It never seemed like he was selling me anything, it was more like he was getting to know me so he could help me find the perfect bed for me. Everyone I've spoken to has been extremely friendly.
