I've been here a few times now and have always had a great experience. They are very thorough and do a great job explaining your options on how to go about repairs in a way that caters to your needs. All the employees I've spoken to have been courteous and professional. I highly recommend this location.
Phil Bean is truly an asset to Midas!!!! We were passing through the area and had some problems. Upon opening, Phil greeted us immediately at OUR vehicle. He listened intentively and got us in for a diagnosis after he clearly explained what the mechanic will be doing. During our wait, we were asked several times if we needed any thing. Shop and lobby was clean. Very positive experience with Phil. So easy to get along with, compassionate listener, addressed us by our first names, offered promotions when appropriate, definitely will return!!!! Satisfied customer!!!
This is a excellent place to get your car fixed and running ...car stopped right in the parking lot...they got me in found the problem. Gave me my options all very reasonable. They were very understanding of my needs and wants and had me driving out within a couple hours. I will be back in the future for future oils change and etc
just went to midas yesterday for one problem an found out I had a lot more wrong with my car then what we knew. they gave a list of what we need to get done rite away an what we could wait on. they explained what was going on with my car very well. I will be returning in 10 days to get my next thing fixed on my car. thank you guys for making sure my car is safe for my son an I!!!....
I'm not usually a fan of repair shops like this; however, this location especially has changed my opinion. The store manager (Harry) has been excellent. If ever an issue arises they are followed through on and resolved promptly. This group has been a great one and I'm hopeful I can find someone that meets the high standards they have set in the next state I will be in. Thank you.
