I love this store. You can find things easily and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They will put some parts on your car for you especially if you are female.
The store is frequently understaffed and the folks who work there are polite however they are basically clerks and are not very knowledgeable about parts in general.

I LOVE Auto Zone!!! Jerry knows when I walk in the door it's either my Expedition or my Cougar that I am having issues with. Can't say enough on how well I am treated when I walk in and the above and beyond experience they bring to the table. 53rd Auto Zone is the ONLY place I go to get any of my parts I need!!!
They have good customer service and don’t give you those fake suggestions to make you spend more money
