I recently took my 2014 Dodge Durango to Jack's Brake and Alignment on Eastern Avenue. What a courteous organization. The work on my Sway bar and front end was superb. I have yet to find a repair shop that works so hard at getting it "right"! The first time. I highly recommend their business to anyone need brake or alignment service. Can't say enough about the quality of work there. I was more than satisified.
Very busy over priced and poor customer service
The guy's at JBA are awesome. I have a pretty large truck and most places don't have a lift for it or won't work on it. Took it in for a brake flush and they did a great job. Very friendly. Great prices compared to most other places. And you get a small discount if you pay with cash!
Great location close to my home. Mechanics always figure out what's wrong and get me back on the road. Bonus money added for every purchase to use next visit!
Do not and I repeat do not ever take your vehicle here. I was charged over $200 to fix my AC And to date it does not work nor did it from the beginning good luck with getting a solution from them! I even went online to find the part they needed, they refused to order the part and I am still out $200 and NO AC! This is Rock Island, go figure. They fix it or return my money. Wish me luck.
