Used Lujack for an oil change and tire rotation. Came out with a laundry list of things to do: transmission flush, brake fluid exchange (both completed 3000 miles ago), and tire balance. They also used the wrong oil, but they were friendly about it...

Chuck and Jim are such nice guys!!! The work environment seems like a good one. My warranty work was done promptly, and well. I would definitely come back. The service manager, Bob...or maybe Louis...I am not great with names, but he made an appearance, and was a very nice guy too. Would definitely come back.
