DAN BAIR - A couple months ago I got a Mercedes Benz from Jeff's. After a few weeks the car started having some mechanical problems. Every time the car had an issue, Jeff took care of it. After taking it back to Jeff's about 5 different times in only 2 months, I finally threw in the towel. Jeff completely understood and Alex had me back in a car and no extra upfront costs within a couple hours. Purchased a vehicle in December from Jeff's and a few days ago (June) found that the AC wasn't working when it started getting hot. From the moment I walked in Jeff said that they would take care of it. Picked up the car today and he came out personally to walk me through what was done at no charge. I'm in the Customer Service industry and appreciate and recognize great service. Great experience. I will definitely go back to purchase another vehicle and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
