Another great experience at Lujack Mercedes. Service Manager, Mike Rossi, approved a loaner Mercedes while ours was being checked regarding key fobs. Our service technician, Chris, did a speedy diagnosis and resolved the problem. Always great service and friendly staff.

I call and schedule my service appointments with Jess Zubeck. I like working with Jess because she recognizes me when I call, she's very thorough and knowledgeable with questions I have. And if she doesn't have the answer, she will find out and get right back with me. If anything is found during service needing to be addressed, Jess takes the time to call me first to discuss and confirm the replacement.
A tale of two staffs at Lujack Luxury motors. Whereas the sales staff was excellent, courteous and well-informed in regards to the luxury Audi, BMW and Mercedes vehicles on their lot, the management was NOT helpful, demeaning, arrogant and rude. If you can tolerate/avoid the managers, then make sure to talk to Drew in order to get the best deal and real customer service.
