The quality of the vehicle service is rock solid, I am extremely happy that I brought my Grand Cherokee to Kimberly to get my water pump replaced. I have had issues with my dealership at home, so it is good to know that I have a Jeep dealership I can count on when I'm in the QC area for school. My husband and I had an appointment... a when we get there the salesman had us talk to another salesman... we waited and waited. The GM, Doug, was very distant and not friendly. He didn't seem to want to sell the vehicle... waited almost a week to get an alignment.. I am still waiting for a phone call to pick up the vehicle... This is why we went to Kunes in Morrison, Illinois and within three hours we drove out in a used vehicle!!! THANK YOU KEVIN, YOU ARE AWESOME!
