I called them originally to fix a leaky sink and they fixed it so fast I looked for other things for them to do. They were fast, professional and respectful of my property. Very impressed and will use again.

I had Peterson Plumbing come out to a house when I explained the exact issue they checked everything besides what was the real issue. They even replaced lines without my consent which didn’t fix anything. When I asked for a new technician to come out he got it fixed in less than an hour, but the owner of Peterson made me pay for the inexperienced plumber that didn’t fix the issue but racked up over three hours of billable time. It’s been a year and having to replace the same piece they installed again, but I went with a different plumbing company now.
Do not use Petersen’s Plumbing! First plumber couldn’t fix problem. Took a week for 2nd guy and he broke the ice machine. $600 for repairs to 15 yr old fridge. Had to buy new one 3 months later!
They also do appliance repairs and we had them come out for our washer and dryer. Unfortunately both decided to act up in the same week. It wasn't really worth fixing our washer, so we opted not to. But the repair man gave us a lot of great info about which washer brands are the best and are made to last the longest. The info was very useful when we bought a new one. He did fix our dryer and it works great now. Great customer service. I'd definitely call them back again for future repairs!!
