Ryan came into the house and quickly found the cause of the leak in our basement. He also quickly fixed it, and gave us tips on how to prevent it as well as how to keep an eye on other possible issues that could arise. Highly recommend Ryan Burmood!
I could not be happier with my work that was done and the service I received from Northwest!
Today I had a Northwest plumbing unclog our tub drain in the bathroom. They snaked it and cleaned out the overflow valve. All in all, less than an hour of work to complete. The technician that came was extremely nice and helpful and I would give him a 5/5 for his effort. However, at a cost of $267.50, I am annoyed. Primarily because when I called to schedule, they told me $89(close number) for the callout and then whatever the work costs in addition. They would not give me an estimate because "the technician needs to see it first". However, before he even looked at it, he knew it would be $160 extra. Obviously the price is known beforehand by the company. This is dishonest. Especially because a competitor quoted me at $120 total which I should have done and saved quite a bit of money. All in all, the technician was great but the cost was too much. Likely won't be coming back.
Zack C. came out to resolve what we originally believed to be a wiring issue with our new thermostats only to discover major mechanical issues with both of our furnaces. He took the time to explain in a non-technical way what the issues were, the potential dangers of the issues and the best course of action. I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and the time he took exploring both of the units. I highly recommend Zack C. for any service calls.
I really want to thank Ryan and Joe for the quick service. I give them both a 5 star. We had a really big mess in our basement when the sewage drain backed up from the drain from the heavy rain. They knew what they were doing and made the problem better . Thanks guys I will refer you company service to all our friends and family.
I could not have had a better experience from the time I called in to the completion of my job. Both the receptionist Tracy and Service Coordinator Becky were great to talk to and seemed genuinely pleased that I called their Company. Jake was very professional and made my repair in a timely manner and even though he had to run to the supply house to get parts he called and let me know how long that was going to take. Again, excellent communication.
