Had to pick up something in Sutherland, IA. Had to wake up at 5:00am. Left Riverside, IA and drive 1 hour east to Davenport. Arrived right at store opening at 7:00am. He had me hooked up and ready to go in 15 minutes. Not one glitch!!! Great experience!!!

They stress you out with their incompetent employees that dont know what is going on ever. But when it comes to charging you more than what they had said they do. They're unprofessional and rude. If they dont know what they are doing or hate their job they should of stayed in school. Its no ones fault if theyre unhappy with life so they take it out on customers. I feel sorry for the I haul corporation hiring people like these. Especial the women over charging with the nasty attitude. She's not good at what she does. Neither is the 17 year old manager they have. I wish they had negative rating I can give them they dont even deserve this one star I'm about to give them.
