I had a poor experience trying to schedule a local move. I received an estimate from the secretary and when I tried to schedule based on our closing date changing she told me they no longer had availability and she couldn't get me scheduled for two weeks out because I kept changing the date on her and she initially stated this is their busy time of year to be changing dates. Hard to control when the closing date will be on a new home. Poor customer service!
They did a great job,. were very helpful, and very reasonable rates.
They were fast efficient and very affordable. There was no messing around or rules they came up with at the last minute that we had to move our stuff or any issues. Also as an added bonus most communication was via email so that helped a lot since I work during business hours. Definitely the best in the business!!!
We hired this company to move us out of state. They did a great job for a great price! They provided us with free boxes and brought wardrobe boxes for us to use the day of the move. They were cheerful and worked hard. Moving us into our new place came with some challenges but they just figured it out and kept on going. I would recommend this company.
