They never answer phone or call back. Told it was an emergency and to call me back never did. Called several times today and nothing yet again.
They were well organized, clean, polite customer service, and they have allot of nice & new things
I called to report a change, which seemed to go too smoothly, because I was told that I didn't need to call back once one piece of information was updated because the worker said it'd show right up to her. I verified THREE times that I had to do nothing and that she'd double check on this piece of information. While not hearing anything the next month I called to see why I hadn't gotten any change of information. The representative told me that the notes stated very little and were nothing the woman told me. I called and spoke with the woman directly and she said, "I would have never said that, because that's not how things work." I literally verified with her that she'd check up on the information and I had to do nothing and how great that was, but apparently I'm a liar according to her. Considering these people are in charge of people's livelihood and assistance you'd think they'd be more honest and helpful. Of course I'm probably just a stereotype to her that she can blame for her mistakes. Thanks Wendy Rickey!!! You were so helpful....
