Called up with low expectations. Have been lied to and misled at every other sprint store in the quad cities. After being told the phone i wanted was not in stock, TJ informed me of the deal on a newer model. Ended up with half price i planned on every month and no activation! And a better phone....thanks TJ! I will never go to another sprint store. There is no comparison.
First off I never leave reviews but I had to on this one. Went phone shopping to several Sprint and Verizon stores and they got me at this one. Great customer service and the manager knew his products really good. They got me extra money and a good deal on phone cases and stuff. Anyone who wants good customer service which is impoosible to find these days come to this one by Sam's club.
Love the employees here. Too bad their tech center was removed. They at least knew what they were doing and possessed the people and social skills to maintain Sprints customer base.
