I would give it negative marks if I could! Went yesterday to ask about the deal best buy was running($200 off the s8 active) the manager lied to my face. Said that best buy was trying to scam me with their wording and to just buy the phone from him. He could apply a $200 credit to my bill(not the same thing as my monthly payments would still be the same). As he asked for my information and then started to tell me that the $200 would dissolve my upgrade costs, that I didn't have. I told him no thanks and went back to Best Buy. The lady there was so super helpful and amazing at her job. I will NEVER step foot in the AT&T store in Davenport again! I will go to Best Buy from now on, less wait time and the associates are better by a million!
Went in for new phones and to switch carriers. Waited a little while but the service we received was in depth and extremely helpful. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing.
Was not happy there tonight. Chuck who was helping us, had a mouth full of chew. We will be going to Moline from now on.
These were the s8+ these guys make sprint look good.
She lost her service for about 3 hours driving on the interstate,a lot of what it's could happen. poor company.
My wife travels for work and her phone keeps saying use wi fi to make a call,so she has to wait til her service comes back.
Waited 45 minutes (manager said 15 when he took my name) to return a pair of headphones (about a 3 minute interaction). When it was finally my turn the guy was clueless how to do it. Then asked to see my card for the refund ($170), I told him I wanted cash back because that's what I paid with originally as per my recipt. The guy looked at me funny and walked away to the manager and they whispered to each other for a few minutes then both walked back. "I'm sorry we can't give you cash we only have $100 to give, you can either come back (another 45+ wait) or we can mail you a check". I took my headphones and went to Moline store at South Park and tbey refunded it within 5 minutes of walking in the doors. Avoid the Davenport store at all costs.
I switch to AT&T the cost is higher than the last 2 cell phone company's and I been there 3 time trying to get my bill right.they said they would wave the activation cost but still on there 633$.my bill is $348 month for 4 lines.
