Throughout the next 5 minutes we were there, my husband finally had enough and let them know that Aaron's has lost our business for good because of this location. (Yes, it was THAT bad)... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
This place is difficult to work with! I was 3 days late on my payment and they came to get my stuff! 3DAYS! and the guy was rude my boyfriend was upset about the situation and the Aarons employee was going to fight him he said verbatim "why doesn't he step out in the street like a man" implying that he was ready to fight him! I would rather sit on the floor then get anything from them again! I would give no stars if i could!
This Aaron's has stained up, ripped, holey furniture in this store. And if that's not bad enough, the following was the last straw for us.
No thanks to Aaron's.
Was renting from them one time and no longer wanted the furniture so we let them know, they stated we needed to make are next payment in order to pick it up. Why would I need to make a payment for something I no longer want? Rent a center has nicer stuff.

The next store we tried was Rent A Center. It was like a sigh of relief with warm greetings and actual new furniture to rent. They were helpful right off the bat and we now have a furnished apartment.
We walked in this store a week later thinking that this would go by smoothly because they already had All information and had told us that they had in stock what we needed. Not the case at all....
Why? --> We called Aarons ahead to make sure they had in stock the furniture we needed for an entire apartment (which we had just rented) letting them know when we would be coming in and the person (assuming Manager?) was fairly pleasant on the phone and helped us with all questions. On top of that, we filled out the rental request form online and submitted it to the store. Everything was ready (or so we thought).
They had no paperwork from our phone call, nothing reserved, and the "lady who handles the paperwork" was doing absolutely nothing to help and when the other lady (actually trying to help us) asked her to come answer questions, she was very rude and made sure everyone around her knew how inconvenienced she was that she actually had to stop and help a customer.
