With newer house there is always things you want to monitor or even control with your phone. Per Mar educated myself with there sub pump alarms. All the rain in spring time and last thing you need is a wet basement. I have control over my garage door. If my daughter leaves it open I get phone message , I can also close it from my phone with Total Connect App. They were very helpful in getting me what I wanted. There systems are modular so if you want to monitor something else it can be retrofitted. Great Company!
We're very pleased to have Per Mar as our security provider. Our Sales Consultant did a great job explaining everything to us & making sure we were set up with the right system for our home needs.
