What a JOKE!!! I have a air compressor that my husband purchased and it broke. (2nd time it has broke) My husband called the service center and was told sure bring it over and we will get it fixed. My son and I loaded it up and took it in. Went to the little computer and hit repair and put my last name in. We waited for 7 minutes. A SLOB of a man came out he door and said my last name. I told him my husband called over and that I brought this over to get fixed. He said ya we don't do air compressor. You have to take it over to our Moline Sears Service Department. I told him NO my husband called over here and he was told to just bring it over and they would get it fixed. He said nope take it to Moline. We don't ship or transport air compressors. All we do here is ship vacuums and dehumidifiers. You have to take it to Moline. I asked him where is your customer service and help for a product you sell. He said in Moline and no one here would have told you or your husband to bring it to us. This man was beyond disrespectful, smelled horrible, a gross black T-shirt and crappy jeans. How and why does Sears allow their employees to look so bad and smell so horrible. Then to keep ahold of the door with his arm up to allow the foul smell to keep rolling off of him! I tried to calls Sears directly to speak to a manager to complain and the system hung up on me. I called back and asked for customer service and yet again I got hung up on. I called for the third and final time asking for customer service representative and hung up again!! If I could give this place a negative rating it would be a -10 stars all the way around!!!! Stay away from this company because they don't care if they help you out or give you good quality customer service!!!
I thought it was great. Mike didn't pressure us but was always there with helpful information.

What a great store, I have bought many high tickite items from Sears with outstanding customer service. This store services what they sell.
This store has become really empty and depressing. It's really sad to see an American Institution fall into such decline. I would pity shop here but they sadly do not carry anything that I need.
