We went in to purchase a coffee making system. A clerk approached us to see if we needed assistance. He was very knowledgeable, but I felt he also deceived us by letting us think we were also getting a locking tray to sit the system on.
It has everything a person needs & more but the prices are marked up higher than other stores as I guess that's what happens when a store has everything... Service needs help as you need to look for someone to help you or you need to go at it alone like I did....over all not a bad store but make sure when you do come bring plenty of cash/credit as you will need it .
I ran into BB&B looking for a part to a coffee maker that no one (including Keurig) seems to sell replacement for. The first lady to help me LISTENED to exactly what I needed, and immediately put effort into looking it up and searching her stores inventory. When this was unsuccessful she called for Manager Randy, who was quick, efficient, incredibly helpful and GENEROUS in his commitment to immediately replace my missing part. I could not be more thankful, my business will be purchasing anything we need from them from now on, because the follow through and customer care is INCREDIBLE!
