Nobody's perfect. I enjoy this store, but sometimes the signs are confusing on what's for sale. I was charged incorrectly the other day, but it was only the matter of an item being scanned twice. I didn't notice till I got home, but I think the situation would have been more embarrassing asking for a refund for $2.60. The item was a clothing item.. so this should show you.. they have great prices, and a lot to choose from. It just ended up me paying 5.20 for the one shirt that shouldn't have been scanned twice.. but I still love Kohls, and my Kohls cash. Spend well over 200 here for Christmas.
Looked for the sale item I needed couldn't find any sales help very frustrated bought the next best thing I could find and left quickly
Sale prices were good with a 30% off coupon added on. Organization of the men's clothing department was terrible. Display tables just had piles of clothes thrown on them with very little organization.
Love getting the Kohl's discounts. The store is much cleaner than many of the others I have been in. Selection is very good.
I was amazed at the shoe deparment. Very well organized and neat. Had my size in every style I tried. I was asked if I needed any help, something rare today. Overall this Kohls seemed a notch above other Kohls stores and I have been in many.
