Super hectic before Christmas, as expected. But they had a lot of merchandise still available and most walk spaces were wide enough to accommodate 2 people/carts passing each other.

I ordered a ps4 online on Nov 19th 4 days later I get email it's back ordered and not sure how long. So then on Dec 12th I get a email saying the order cancelled cause they couldn't fill the order. Ok why not give me a rain check or something? LOST my business!!!
Very helpful staff. They didn't have a toy I stock and looked in the system. Found one in another store and worked with the manager of the other store to get me that you before Christmas. So much appreciated. Would recommend this store.
When an employee quits they go after my Wife to work more hours who already has a full time job 45 hours a week and already works around another 20 hours at Toys r us. They have her working till 2am. And she has to be at her full time job in the morning by 830am then back to Toys r us till 2am again. No consideration for her sleep time or her Family who is affected two small children. They won't see there mother till Tuesday evening at the earliest. This company should consider looking at employees who don't already work 60 hours a week as it is. Totally not exceptable!!
