This store is horrible, I have been in there twice on two separate occasions. Each time no one greeted me or told me the sales. Instead they just walked pass me as if I wasn't there. Won't ever go there anymore. I used to work at the Lane Bryant outlet in Oklahoma City. We never treated customers like that. Who knew I could have been a secret shopper and they would have failed miserably.
Mostly everyone is super nice.. the store is clean... BUT WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING A HALF AN HOUR TO GET THERE AND THEY FAIL TO REMOVE THE SECURITY SENSORS (THAT OBVIOUSLY DON'T WORK ) AND I HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE STORE... NOW TWICE IT'S ANNOYING... THE JOB ISN'T ROCKET SCIENCE AND BOTH TIMES THIS HAPPENED THE STORE WAS EMPTY SO THEY CAN'T BLAME IT ON THAT.... MORAL IS ..... IF YOU SHOP THERE IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB !! OR IT WILL BE YOUR GAS AND YOUR TIME AND WEAR AND TEAR ON YOUR CAR FOR THEIR MISTAKE
The manager here totally lied to me. She told me they were unable to return shoes in store. I said okay and she sent them back for me. I ordered the shoes and received them in October. I just now got a refund (in March) but the system saw they were past 90 days so I was only able to receive a merchandise credit. I have called customer service and the whole situation was a mess just because the manager did not want the hit of the return in her store.
The gals working there are the best!! Friendly and helpful.
Wife loved the friendly and helpful staff that found all she was after.
