The staff at this particular location are all really helpful each time my wife and I visit. They always have a good selection of sizes and styles, and the staff informs us of any specials they have each time. This is one of the better VS locations I have been to. Recommended.
I want to go in and get out.

I did get close to a couple of The elusive employees once or twice tonight, but they looted my presence when they noticed I was lurking with the look on my face like I wanted some assistance.
I felt like I was at Walmart where the employees would rather gossip instead of work. I felt horrible for the young man who was busting his butt to get people checked out, with no help from the manager or the other employees. Besides me there were 2 other groups of people who put their items back and walked out. Not the best way to get business or even return business.
Save your time and SHOP ONLINE.
If I could find my eyes anywhere else that's where I would shop.
I keep trying to give the store chances but it always fails. The service is terrible. You can walk around an empty store for 30 minutes with six employees and not have anybody ask if you're finding everything okay as what's my experience tonight. The dressing rooms always have a ton of dirt in the corners, which I've complained about numerous time to corporate. Tonight I've been found an iPad laying around I'm protected and returned it myself to a cashier.
Good story to shop at. Yes items are higher priced but quality is good and they have wonderful customer service. Even though I had to return my bras 3 times they helped me to find the correct fitting bra.
Listen, open the damn registers so people can shop and get out . I don’t want to be waiting around over 30 minuets.
I love shopping for lingerie for my clients and I love Victoria Secret online. So this was my first time IN the actual store. The lingerie was gorgeous as always and I was greeted fairly quickly. My issue didn't arise until it was time to check out. There were about 4-5 ladies working the floor and one male cashier. After standing in line for a while I heard someone ask 2 of the ladies who were just standing by the back cash registers chatting if they could check out there. Of course they said no, that this was the line to check out. The male cashier was trying to go as fast as he could but the line kept growing. At once point it went from the left side of the store where the registers are to the right side and around the corner. A group of ladies behind me walked out and I still tried to wait. Finally after the young man tried to get help from one of the 4 ladies hurtled in a corner chatting and being ignored I put my items back and walked out.
Please train your employee better and open up the registers so costumers don’t have to wait forever to buy their items !
You’ll be waiting forever to check out. I wanted one thing and waited over 15 minutes in line while 4 other employees were talking in the front doing nothing. And it was not even busy, the cashier was too busy talking to her friends as she was ringing them out which made the process even more slower , and the other employees were talking doing nothing acting like they are working ..
