Very disappointed with a recent visit to this store. The manager and her service particularly. I was two weeks past the 90 days on brand new clothes that no longer fit me (found out I'm pregnant and grew out of them). I had the receipt and she told me her system wouldn't even recognize the receipt since it was past the 90 days. She tried to give me 6 dollars for a shirt I paid 30 for. I just wanted a store credit and would have gladly picked out clothes that fit me now. I live two hours from a Gap so could not make it there any sooner. I understand the policy but a manager should want to take care of her customers so they will shop there again. I don't think 2 weeks past the policy is out of reason. I also highly doubt her system would not recognize the receipt (since she didn't even try). With a manager override, I'm sure she could have taken care of the return. I would have bought clothes that fit me and continued to shop there in the future.
Good selection. At this store. Modern building. Good prices.
