I'm just a freshmen now, but this school is the best public school Davenport has. I love it. I hated school and didn't understand anything until now.

Went to school here and was in the class of 2015. It has it's share of good and bad things. The music program is very nice, or at least was when I attended and the art programs were really fun and practical. Their teachers leave a lot to be desired though. While there's a lot of nice and understanding teachers, there are also very boring and rude ones, which Central seems to have trouble making the decision to fire them. Gym teachers tend to be rude and will force you to do things out of your physical limitations despite clear signs that you can't continue. Teachers are also ill-prepared to deal with silent mental disabilities in those that may suffer from various problems like Depression, Generalized Anxiety, and Social Anxiety. The "fresh fruit" was often in the process of rotting and there were few options for those with lactose intolerance and other types of similar food sensitivities. If you ask most of my class, there was little to no school spirit because we all could pretty much admit there was nothing to be proud of except for the music and art departments.
I'm so glad that the computer graphics class uses my videos to learn Photoshop! It's wonderful to know that my videos are helping teach others!
