Awesome experience!
Had a business dinner here last night. Service was great, the waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Our food was exactly what we ordered and tasted perfect.
I love Red Lobster and I am a regular. During the endless shrimp you can't keep me away. At a minimum weekly visits. However last Friday we went the quality of the shrimp was poor. I waited 30 minutes for my first refill and the scampi was not fresh. Sent it back. Next I ordered the breaded shrimp it came out room temperature. Sent it back. The waiter asked if I wanted to speak with a manager but I declined since I never experienced that. I honestly think my waiter was trying to go home or a bad night. She did end up getting my food fresh shortly after. We also had fried calamari which was awesome. They garnish it with fried broccoli....wow. And the lobster dip is a must have. I'll be through tonight
Food was good. There was a mix up on our lobster order and it took them close to fifteen minutes to correct the issue. Management did take off the Lobster from our bill. Did not ruin the nice environment or the good meal but it was annoying.
Red Lobster is my favorite place to be outside of Gospel Mission Temple. Join us!
I had a new server that did a very good job. I don't like to bothered while eating but I was able to overlook because of his dedicated service.
First time since the 70's that my husband and I were at Red Lobster. We loved the food, drinks and especially our server, Andrea. What a great evening. Fantastic in every way. Even Race made a great Old Fashioned!
