I usually have great experiences here, but not the past three times. The past two I had mess ups on the order. This time I had plenty of mess ups and didn't get my change back. She was supposed to give me $5 but didn't. Of course I should of noticed, but I had a screaming baby who was hungry and a toddler yelling because she was hungry in the back seat. I left there with the wrong kind of chicken nuggets, the wrong dressing for my salad, no dressing for my nuggets like I asked. Called to complain and got a "sorry about that, you can come back." I have two screaming children who aren't going to be too happy if I go back and sit in the Mile long line. Needless to say, I'm done going here.
Playgrounds for my kid was a plus. Definitely recommend it.
Great food & fast service. The grilled chicken sandwich & grilled chicken nuggets are my favorites. But it can be very difficult to enter the parking lot. The drive thru lane was poorly planned & can block the entrance to the parking lot.
The service was poor and the area behind the cash registers was extremely dirty. There was a total of 7 people ( customers ) in the restaurant and 3 people working the register as well as a manager. I went up for a refill and after 5 min I was able to flag down someone to assist me. There was no one else in line, other then 2 customers whom I thought had already placed an order. They ended up leaving, upset with the service as well ! I love this chain of restaurants, but this one needs some polishing/deep cleaning and customer service training !
Great food and a good price. The calendar card is worth getting if you plan on visiting more than once.
