We ordered 2 pizzas online and our total came up 20.62 well we ended waiting for two hours for pizza we had to call the store they didn't even call us and they told us they could not find the house so they said they would remake the pizzas and deliver them we waited another hour and a half pizza finally showed up delivery driver told us total was 36.24 no my total is 20.26 so that's what I payed just to figure out that they gave me the wrong pizzas never again you guys have lost a costumer
There is rarely a time that I don't have an issue with this store. Unfortunately they are the ones closest to my home. This last time I ordered a stuffed crust pizza. We arrived and walked in the door 15 minutes later as requested. They were really busy, I get it, but they were to busy to even greet me. Then when they did have time (after helping a customer that came after me) they told me they were out of stuff crust. I can see a note on a fridge for them to stop making so much stuff crust that it is being wasted. Repeatedly this store has let me down. Needless to say we gladly got pizza from a different chain.
Staff has always been friendly to me, even if they were visibly stressed or very busy. Never had any problems with my pizza, felt like a valued customer here. The drive thru is very convenient as well.
