Decent food, but way too slow. Spent entire lunch break waiting for my sandwich

Food was good and quick. Parking lot sucks and seems like would be easy to get in accidents. Not many spots to park and they are taken up by delivery a lot.
I order delivery from here usually twice a week. Most of the time it's great, sometimes the meat is bad. Today, my sandwich took over an hour to show up...the delivery driver was very apologetic. There was a "Free Sub" card stapled to my bag so I thought 'awesome'!....Yea that card expired 9/1/2016....what a joke. Management needs to get it together, I'll switch to the Bettendorf location and pickup from now on.
At the worst service in our life today from this place we have easily ordered over a hundred times and I don't know if it's smoke crack day or what but their staff is Wild tonight they're smart asses over the phone and we got a hair in our sandwich this will be the last time we shop at this location possibly any Jimmy Johns... really I should just get my money back cuz I had to call twice to get the f****** sandwich delivered
