Nice. Clean. No smells. Great customer service. I'm picky about my hotel choices and this one was worth returning to. No free breakfast or vending, with the exception of soda machines. (And the front desk has about 3 options for snacks.) All in all, great stay.
A little dated. I like it a little warm in my room and the thermostat clearly wasn't working. I asked the front desk to check the thermostat but still no heat. I even set it to 80 degrees and still no heat. I asked again in the morning and evening after my first night and the morning aftrt my second night. During my second request I also asked for a space heater. I stayed a to of three nights. All request fell on deaf ears without follow up.
I stopped by to pick up a family member whom was staying at the Radisson downtown Davenport Iowa...for Thanksgiving weekend. By family member asked me to come up to their room. When I walked in the employees were very courteous and respectful, professional as well...they directed me to my family members room w good directions asked me if there was anything that myself and family member needed.
Hotel was clean and very conveniently located. Very cool open layout inside. Room was nice, clean, no bedbugs. Great view of the river from my room. Only complaint was that the elevators were slow, I ended up just using the stairs most of the time.
The breakfast area and bar have very attentive waitstaff. Ayesha at the bar was great.
A very nice place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a dining area and they have a good selection of food The bar is well stocked with Beer and spirits. The rooms are very nice, clean and bed is very comfortable. The only bad thing I can say is that the Wi-Fi was really pretty terrible once connected. I would definitely stay here again.
