The worker there named Mary was so amazing helpful both times my fiance and I were there shopping for wedding rings. She was personable, energetic and always willing to help and answer all our questions. I would recommend her if anyone is in the area shopping for rings.

Found the perfect ring, perfectly matching the engagement diamond. No follow up, had to contact them myself after being promised a phone call. Preach customer service, however one guy is the only one who can handle anything more than a "can I buy it right now" type of question in that store. Have to wait on the phone for that 1 specific person because no one else is trained to help. Went in to have soldering done and being horribly understaffed on what is likely their busiest day of the week, ended up waiting about an hour to drop off a ring. Ended up going down to another store to purchase the man's ring. I will not purchase anything there again. Will recommend to anyone that asks not to purchase there either.

If they can't handle a watch battery replacement I would certainly -NOT- recommend making a jewelry purchase from them. Unbelievable lack of service. Avoid.

I have had nothing but problems with my engagement ring. It always has loose stones, and on several occasions it has broken and lost stones. I had to fight tooth and nail to get a new ring thinking the first one was just bad and even the new one is doing the same thing. The quality of their items is extremely low. On top of that, of you send out for repairs it takes a super long time. I maybe got to wear my ring for 3 total months of the almost 2 years I have had it because it has broken so frequently. The manager also always places blame on me. I am not that hard on my jewlery and he told me running my hand through my hair would even loosen the stones. If that is the case then your quality is not worth the price tag. I have other peices that I wear more frequently that are similar and of the same gold karat and am harder on and I have never had issues with them. I will never buy anything from Zales ever again.

Yesterday I visited this location because I had went to another jewelry store to get my ring cleaned and they mentioned that I had a loose stone and to take it to my original purchasing store, which is Zales. We went shopping to Northpark Mall and I remembered I had to go to Zales so we went and I didnt have my diamond warranty paperwork since we originally just went shopping. I walk in and let her know the issue, the manager immediately rolls her eyes at me for not having the paperwork. I told her I didnt think it was such a big deal since the last time i was there they pulled up all my information with no problem. She didn't like that response and said "it's your responsibility as a customer to have your paperwork!" I was very upset that she treated me like that. So I responded 'I understand" in the same tone she did. I was thinking of purchasing another ring there but not after that treatment.

I brought two watches to Zales in Northpark Mall on April 9, 2016 for simple watch replacements. "Jennifer" helped me. She first tried to replace the battery in the Wittnauer and scratched the back of the watch with her small screwdriver, was ultimately unable to open the watch. With the CK watch she was able to open it up, replace the battery, but was then unable to put the watch back together. She had a colleague in the store also try but was unable. At no time did she apologize and in fact, tried to have me accept my unworking watch back in pieces "free of charge". After refusing she sent the watch away for service. I have been following up since that date, for almost a month, and no-one is able to tell me a status or what happens next.
