Was very happy at first. We got new carpet in on bedroom. Besides having to vacuum up all the mess from install we were very happy. It's about one year later and the carpet is so worn in the travel areas we are considering replacement. Looks like it's about 10 years old.
We purchased carpet for our living room. It looked old and distressed in a short period of time then withing a year and a half carpet fibers have fallen out leaving holes. Jeff told me I'd hear back from them in a week! Month later I called them only to be told cut a section out of your carpet bring to us so manufacturer can decide! Very disappointed and will shop elsewhere from here on!
