I love the Oreck brand. It "sucks" like it should and is light weight. Too of the most important features in a vacuum for me. This place is great! I brought my three Oreck vacuum's in for their annual once over (included in the purchase price) after I moved to Austin. They are efficient and knowledgable. They have all the supplies you need and they are a hoot. So it is a great experience at this Oreck location!
