I'm not a very hard customer to please, but wow. I don't know how you operate a business like that. I would suggest driving extra miles across town to avoid being treated with such lack of common courtesy and respect, much less actual "customer service".
The most rude, unprofessional service I've had anywhere in quite some time. There was an older, heavy set gentleman working there on a Sunday, who seemed annoyed that I was even in the store. After I asked a couple of basic questions about what I was looking for, he very quickly lost his patience and actually told me to "Get out of here, go" while doing a gesture to wave me away. I was happy to leave, and take my money with me.
Customer serivce is great and I love still having a neighborhood store so I can avoid the bigger ones across town. Always have what I need!
