They're never open on time, customer service is bad, prices are high, and the atmosphere feels less like a grocery store and more like a second hand headshop. If you plan on using your card, there's a $3 minimum fee.
Only thing this place is good for is a quick drunken visit, and even then you're better off going somewhere else.

I wanted to like this place; I wish it was likable. I hope they get their act together and turn this into a place worth visiting. The area could use a good shop. This, however, just isn't it.
But this wasn't the bad part. The bad part was the jackass working the counter. (Both terms, 'jackass' and 'working' are very kind here.) My friend did buy a pop, and the guy could not have been less friendly, less concerned with customer service, or more annoyed to get off the phone and ring up a purchase. It was really unbelievable.
Wow, this place sucked. Based on other reviews, I was looking forward to visiting a cool little shop to grab some beers and snacks for later in the evening. I was sorely disappointed. There was almost no beer to choose from - a couple mass market domestic brews, and that was it - and it was pretty darn pricey. There was nothing in the 'deli' section to speak of except some tired looking pre-made sandwiches, and the most prominent snacks were some expired convenience store doughnuts.
