I ordered flowers online for a funeral. I received a call that the flowers in my arrangement were not in stock and they asked if substitutions were okay. I said yes, but stressed that this arrangement was a sympathy gift and it should be tasteful. When I got a thank you text from the receiver, she attached a picture of the arrangement. Not only was it not tasteful (i.e., bright flowers more appropriate for a birthday or congrats), but the primary flowers were cheap filler flowers, which is not what I expected for what should have been a $65 arrangement- there was literally one rose, a bunch of carnations, tiny daisies, and another cheap filler flower I couldn't identify. If you use them, I strongly suggest giving very specific instructions or you'll likely feel cheated as well.

I will say that the manager gave me $15 back on my purchase. However, she wasn't very apologetic and kept saying she wasn't there the day my flowers were sent. At any rate, I can't change the fact that my family received what I consider an inappropriate arrangement for a funeral. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
