I waited until the last minute to oders an arrangnment of fruit for Mom. I thought this would be a great place to order since I am in California and this store location is only 13 miles out form where my mother in law lives. Needless to say the store does not deliver to my requested location even though it is 13 miles out. I guess that their advertisment is off since the Edible Arrangements advertisements say they deliver all over the world. Sorry Mom
Wow!!!! What a horrible experience!!! I called to get an order delivered 14 miles away from their location..and they wouldn't do it because it's not an area they service. Crazy to me that they deliver to coal valley and port Byron which is further away. Terrible customer service! I even offered to pay extra for delivery! Will never do service with this company again! Ridiculous!! Obviously they don't need the business.
The fact that I had no other way to transport a ten pound fruit arrangement other than using my hands while I drove home is absolutely ridiculous. When I spend almost a hundred dollars on fruit I at least expect the fifty cent box to carry it in. Will never return. Seriously flower shops can do it , I think you guys can figure it out.
