I have been to this store about three times. Each time I stay at the Holiday Inn up the street I stop by. Each time I have stopped in I feel like I am disturbing them. I stopped in there Saturday and there were about six ladies behind the cashier counter just standing and talking. I needed some assistance with the Murad products but I was ignored. I purchase some shampoo but the cashier was very crabby. Did not even say thank you. Rude Rude Rude. This is not the first time I have been in this store and been let down. Two years ago I called about a manicure for my wedding...I made an appt for that morning. When I got there they said the manicurist was not in. Didn't know when she would be in. NEVER AGAIN!
