Very helpful. Provided great economic coupons. Thank you.

Always has some very sweet cats for adoption. Store smells pretty bad though and their fish tanks sometimes don't have their aeration going which kills off a lot of their fish. Their sales are great when they have them though.

She seemed so impatient for us to leave, though there were other customers in the store, and so irritated, that we just decided to walk out. We'd planned on spending around $100 in those ten minutes, and instead left. She followed us out, and we felt like we were being escorted out of the store. We'd been repeat customers for years, but this experience has really put us off. We have other pet store options in town, and will not be returning to this store.

I have never felt so uncomfortable or rejected walking into a store. Coming in the last ten minutes a store is open, we understand the need to be speedy and not keep the employees busy after closing, so we knew what we needed ahead of time and were going to just buzz in, grab it, and get out. However, not a minute after we were in the store, a woman walked up to us loudly saying, "Can I help you? Hey! CAN I HELP YOU??" She sounded very irritated, and got in our face, loudly asking what we were looking for. We told her we were going to get a beta, and were going to continue with our list, but she interrupted us irritated and pointed at the fish we were already looking at, and told us they were right there.

If that's the way customers are going to be treated, it's going to be harder and harder to keep customers coming back.

New cat owner with a million questions, the employees at Petco were amazing. Took the time to answer our questions and even steered us away from some expensive items when there were more cost effective options they said had better results.

We took our 8 lbs dog to get groomed today. I could tell they were immediately annoyed upon arrival because my dog was barking. They threw a treat at him, & he does not eat it. I ask my boyfriend to go out and buy some treats that he likes for them to give him. A girl tried to get near him, but I could tell he was scared and kept barking. I assured the girl that he would not bite & she acted like she was terrified. I have never seen someone act this way with my small dog. They then ask if he had been groomed before, I say yes 3 other times prior to this. It has never been a problem anywhere else. They said they could not groom him and I needed to leave. The groomers were a joke. Take your business elsewhere..
