If I could give them less than an 1 star then I would. They lie from you from the beginning. I was told we would get the full $89 deposit back and as long as the unit was clean. Of course they are holding the $10 because they charge that if its clean or not. We were also told that if we moved by the 5th of the month they would not prorate for those days. We moved out on the 3rd and they charged us for that too, so a total of $26 they are keeping and all they can say is you signed the paperwork saying all of this. This place is a rip off do not give them your business
This is a small business owner that will charge you a cleaning fee even when you left your unit clean and trash fee. The attendant in the office said they charge for oiling the doors and the floor. That is not the renters responsibility that is the owners. Its called owning a business. The upkeep is all yours.
