Gary Kampman was the buyer's Realtor involved with the sale of my house. He brought in a contractor that he recommended to do some work and it ended up we got screwed out of a lot of money. It turns out the contractor is a complete criminal. He has over 51 past charges in Rock Island County alone, to include fraud, drugs, small claims, etc. Mel Foster Co. is not taking any responsibility for bringing this criminal into my home. When I spoke to the broker manager, Dennis Bell, he told me it wasn't their responsibility who they recommend (while admitting their own clients have been defrauded also by this contractor). They don't stand by their professional recommendations.
