Sheriff Lane is a hypocrite (says one thing but does another) and doesn't seem to comprehend anything more than basic law. Did he not state before his recent election that he wouldn't unlawfully detain immigrants? His office unlawfully detain and hold immigrants for Immigration and Customs Enforcement without proper warrant(s) from a federal immigration judge. I would assume a county sheriff and the people under him would understand the difference between something that's constitutional and unconstitutional. I have no doubt this office is being paid-off by DHS/ICE. According to Sheriff Lane "they have an agreement policy with ICE to turn in any undocumented immigrants."
