Told me to pick up my car at noon. Got there just a few minutes after noon and they were closed. Why if they close at noon would they tell me to pick up a car at noon. Then customer service was incredibly rude to me and said I should have known they closed at noon. They told me I had to go to an airport if I want a car on Saturday. Then I found a ride to the airport and they were rude saying they only had one car left. A little Hyundai . I will never rent from enterprise again. Their employees could care less if you need a car.
We were stuck in a bind on a Saturday... Our pickup truck towing a trailer broke down and we didn't know where to turn. After calling U-Haul (no good and not too helpful) and Penske (they don't like using their trucks for towing other trailers) we finally connected with Nikita at Enterprise. She said they had a truck but it was due to go out on Monday, but, she said we could have it till then. She came out and picked us up and we did all the paperwork and were sent on our way! Thanks to Nikita and Enterprise for being willing to help us out when we really needed it. Customer service was great and the truck worked great and we got the move to Indiana done!
