The medical staff that did my actual labs were great. The office staff were not friendly on my 1st visit and I had to come back after the company who ordered my tests called to straighten out their issues. Not polite with pleases or thank yous. No I'm sorry for the inconvenience from them at all. I would not recommend them. I had to go for a preemploymemt screening.
Kind and courteous. I was not treated as though I was an inconvenience to their day but rather a valued part of. Nice people.
The receptionist was rude. Acts like she hates her job. The nurse that took my sample was very nice and answered all my questions. She had a great personality!
The doc was courteous and helpful. The nurse, though paid little attention to me personally because she was training, did her job. My problem was the secretary at the front. I never been there didnt know what to say or do and she was rude uninformative. After my physical, she refused tooth a nail, bickering, not to send a copy of my certificate to the company paying for my physical. After I constantly ask her just to humour them(even if they didnt need it) JUST SEND IT. My supervisor needed it in mins but she said she would get to it later in the afternoon. Her attitude and lack of assistance made me give this a bad rating.
Wait time was minimal and the nurse and doctor were outstanding! Sympathetic to how bad I felt and because of their understanding I feel a LOT better! If I need a convenient care this is the place I will always go!!!
